System requirements
Browser
Keep your browser up to date.
- Chrome or Edge 108 or newer
- Safari 16.4 or newer
- Firefox 121 or newer
Computer
- Memory. 8 GB minimum, 16 GB recommended when comparing four versions (Demo, Mix, Master and Reference) at once.
- Processor. Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) recommended; older Intel Macs and PCs work, but can feel slow when switching between versions.
- Internet. A broadband connection for the first load; files are stored in your browser afterwards, so reopening a project is instant.
- Storage. About 2 GB of free space for the browser cache; private or incognito windows don't keep this cache.
Phone and tablet
- iPhone and iPad. iOS 17.5 or newer, including playback with the screen locked; iOS 16.4 and newer works for listening, but stops when the screen locks.
- Android. A recent version of Chrome.
Questions
What does the free plan include?
Free forever: 2 projects, 1 shared link at a time, Demo and Mix, timestamped feedback and 500 MB of audio. See the pricing page.
What does Pro add, and what does it cost?
Pro is €12 per month including VAT, per engineer or producer. It adds unlimited projects and shared links, Master and Reference tracks, reference clips from a streaming link, blind test and loop compare, phone, TikTok and streaming previews, albums on your dashboard and 25 GB of audio. The price you see is the price you pay.
Can I cancel Pro?
Whenever you want. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your projects stay yours if you stop.
Does my client need an account to listen?
No. You send one link; your client listens, leaves notes and hits approve — no account, no download, nothing to install. You see it land in your dashboard.
Which audio files can I upload?
WAV, FLAC and MP3, with zero quality loss. Loudness (LUFS) is analysed automatically, so versions are compared at matched loudness.
How long are my projects kept?
A project that has not been opened for two months is deleted automatically, including its audio. You get a warning before that happens. Fix My Demo is a place to compare, not your archive, so keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose.
Who owns the music I upload?
You do. We only store your files and show them to the people you share a link with. We do not listen to your music and do not use it to train anything. More on the privacy page.
