Fix My Demo is a tool for comparing a demo with a mix and collecting feedback from the person you made it for. This page explains what we keep, why, and for how long. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we keep

• Your account. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google or GitHub — the name, email address and profile picture those services pass on. We never see your Google or GitHub password.
• Your projects. The audio you upload, the track names, your settings and the feedback notes that belong to a project.
• Feedback from your clients. The name someone types when they open your share link, their notes with timestamps, and whether they approved a mix. A client does not need an account for this.
• Who is in a project right now. While a project is open we show the engineer who else is listening. That is live only and is not stored.
• Your plan. Free or Pro, and until when.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
• We do not run trackers or advertising cookies. There is no analytics script on this site.
• We do not listen to your music, and we do not use it to train anything.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase — accounts, database and the storage your audio sits in.
• Netlify — hosting of the website and the app.
• Stripe — payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe; they never reach our servers. We only receive whether a subscription is active.

Cookies and what your browser remembers

We use what is needed to keep you signed in. Your browser also remembers a few small things locally, such as the name a listener typed and whether you installed the app. That stays on your own device.

How long we keep things

• A project that has not been opened for two months is deleted automatically, including its audio. You get a warning before that happens.
• Delete your account and your projects and audio go with it.
• Feedback notes live inside a project; delete the note or the project and it is gone.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Mail mgmt@trobiofficial.com and we will sort it out.
