Terms of service

These are the terms for using Fix My Demo. By making an account you agree to them.

What you get

A place to put a demo next to a mix, compare them properly, and share a link with the person whose opinion you need. A free account holds two projects and the basics; Pro adds master and reference tracks, the blind test, loops, folders, listening checks and unlimited projects. What each plan includes is on the pricing page.

Your music stays yours

Everything you upload remains your property. You give us only what we need to run the service: storing your files and showing them to the people you share a link with. We claim no rights over your work.

What we ask of you

• Upload only audio you are allowed to upload.
• Do not use the service for anything illegal.
• Do not try to break, overload or work around the limits of the service.
• Your account is yours; do not share your password.

Paying and cancelling

Pro costs €12 per month and runs through Stripe. You can cancel whenever you want; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund a period that has started, unless something went wrong on our side — in that case, mail us and we will make it right.

Projects that go quiet

A project that has not been opened for two months is deleted, including its audio. You are warned before that happens. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose; Fix My Demo is a place to compare, not your archive.

When something breaks

We do our best to keep the service running and your files safe, but we cannot promise it will never go down or that nothing will ever be lost. We are not liable for damage that follows from using the service, beyond what you paid us in the three months before it happened.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so by email or in the app before it takes effect.
